Hand-Crafted Custom Duck and Goose Calls

A Word from the Owner

I began making calls in 1992 just for the thrill of calling ducks into range with a call that I built, not bought, and what a thrill it was! Almost better than...well, maybe not. but it was grand! Made a few more calls in the next 4-5 years. My friend Greg Hood, owner of Southern Game Calls, was kind enough to give me some pointers. Since then, the duck call has improved greatly.

Each call is hand turned—no tracer lathes here. Each call is proudly made in the garage of a small East Texas home, has hand-burned detailed Mallard Drake in flight on the barrel, personalized with the hunter's initials and is numbered and signed. Sure you can call ducks with a $10 plastic factory-made call, but our calls are worth so much more.

To be able to pass down to your children and grandchildren something made specially for you, that is what water fowling is all about. Tradition and the passing on of your skill and knowledge makes it special. To all my fellow feather chasers, have a great year and a grand season.
